🛒 How to order
- 1Find what you like
Browse the categories or type in the search box (e.g. “pens”, “bottle”, “hamper”).
- 2Add to cart
Press the green Add to cart button. If there are colours or sizes, choose one first.
- 3Open your cart
Tap Cart at the top (or View cart at the bottom). Change quantities if you need to.
- 4Fill in 3 things
Your phone number, your name, and delivery area — or choose pick-up from our shop.
- 5Place your order
Press Place order. We send you a WhatsApp message to confirm.
Prefer to order by WhatsApp? Send us the product name or a screenshot and we will do it for you.
🛵 Delivery areas & fees
We deliver across Dar es Salaam by boda boda.
- Orders placed before 2 pm are delivered the same day.
- Orders after 2 pm are delivered the next working day.
- We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 4 pm. Orders on Sunday are delivered on Monday.

🏪 Pick-up is free: collect from our shop at 14 Undali Street, Upanga. We WhatsApp you when it is ready.
🚌 Upcountry by bus
- We send to any region in Tanzania by bus. Choose “Upcountry by bus” at checkout and pay for your items online.
- The next morning after payment we take your parcel to the bus office, free of charge.
- We pay the bus fare for you, then send the bus receipt and a payment link for the fare on WhatsApp.
- Once the parcel is handed to the bus company, the bus company is responsible for it. We are not responsible for loss or delay on the bus.
💵 How to pay
Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. You can check your items first.
Choosing pick-up? Pay at the shop when you collect.
M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or card, through Selcom's secure page.
🔒 We never ask for your PIN or card number on WhatsApp or by phone.
↩️ Returns
We check every order before it leaves the shop. If something still goes wrong, we will fix it.
- We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty, or are not what you ordered.
- Tell us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp and send a photo of the item.
- Keep the item and its packaging. We collect it and bring the replacement, free of charge.
- If we cannot replace it, we refund you in full by the way you paid.
- Items that are used, or that you simply changed your mind about, cannot be returned.
